Dreams 3/19

Dreamt I was in a strange room and opened a box of insects. Two enormous iridescent beetles spilled out, one bigger than the other. They looked like Japanese beetles only way bigger and longer. The big one was more elongated than the other. They seemed to clasp on to each other, and I managed to captured them by placing a jar over them on the floor. There was also a big walking stick who scampered off. I lost him. The worst of the cache was an enormous gray wooly spider. He was bigger than my hand. His head was squarish. He tumbled down into a yellow blanket, and I tried to squash him. I think I might've gotten one of his legs, but he got away, and I was too nervous for sleep.

Pretty sure the next dream had Ron in it, but I can't remember.

Dreams 12/27

First I dreamt of my ex. The second dream is very foggy as instead of getting up and writing it down I did loads of chores. I think it took place in France and involved a cleaning woman.

flutter Starlight

Aw, thanks to the ant events my Flutterpedia is complete. Wish they'd have some more real events. I'll still be playing. It really is my sanctuary. Thanks, Runaway! 💮🦋💮

Still Cicada Wonder

This little guy has just dug himself up and has yet to shed his shell. He looks like a dusty armadillo.

Love & Ants

There are sweet ants creeping into the hall from the garage. Told Ron, I'd already fought these in a hundred-year-old house in Oakland, eventually winning by jamming my used coffee grinds down through the jambs in the floor, but there's no telling him. They nest in concrete, that's how I know where they're coming from. In Oakland it was from an old concrete utility closet along the brick driveway. There's some kind of acid in the coffee grinds that is repellent to them, where those store bought ant traps attract and aren't safe for pets. Anyways, Ron moved a bunch of stuff like he does when he becomes obsessed, including Mary Queen of Scots and her fourth husband, Matt Magical. He moved them to the chair, and I happened to capture them this morning. Look how happy she is, even in her dusty gown.
