Valentine's Day at PetSmart

  Arthur had a great time at PetSmart's Valentine's Day party❣ He met lots of dogs and little girls. Arthur is very shy around strangers. He travels very well. Poodles are known to be wonderful traveling companions. I did get Ron Steinbeck's last book, Travels with Charley, in his Christmas stocking. He traveled the country in his convertible with his poodle. We haven't gotten to it yet, but I'm a huge Steinbeck fan. I used to teach Cannery Row. Speaking of poodles there was a gorgeous black girl, Lala, behind us. Arthur got a valentine bag with treats and a soccer ball that he and Frankie love. I got a five dollar off coupon so scored his adorable jammies for $2.50❣ Plus I got a $2 off coupon for next time and a $20 off grooming coupon❣ I'll upload a video later. Happy Valentine's Day❣💕💝💕

  It's been raining all day. After three hot towels I gave up and turned the blow dryer and brush on Arthur. He looks like a toasted marshmallow cloud. I got so many Halloween deals today that my boys' treat bag is busting out and stuffed. It's Arthur's first Halloween, Frankie's second. I'll have to make a video. Told you they were going to have to let Diddy off. If I was on his jury I would've. I wouldn't have let OJ off no matter how much Mummy defended him. I listened to the 💩 against him. Seems to me if you are lying around Diddy's house nakey, showering with him, partying with him, eating monkey brains, and begging for the work, you've got what's coming for you. 🙈🐒🙊

Update: Dolls, Ephrata, & the Rugrats

    I finally slept this morning for the first time in a couple of days. My stay at The 1777 Americana Inn in Ephrata near the cloister is finally booked. I have to make a couple of brother and sister doll prototypes for the cloister, working on it. Arthur and Frankie make it difficult for me to get anything done. Arthur has been sporting a man bun. I saw a dude yesterday with one. Arthur wears it better. TTYL... ✨

  Houdini is his first toy. Arthur came with his name, but Houdini would've suited him as he slips out of his harnesses. No wonder Mummy liked me best when I was sleeping. I'll likely finish The Complete Poodle cover to cover. Arthur is no show dog, but it is fascinating. It was written by a lady who bred champions at her kennel in the fifties. Ron's friend says his Golden Doodle is the best hunting dog he's ever had. Poodles were originally retrievers fetching ducks and geese from the water. Hoagie was a Collie Golden Retriever mix and loved the water. Arthur likes getting baths in the sink and vacuumed. Shiner used to attack the vacuum until he was so old that he was going deaf. Arthur never lets me out of his sight. I have to break him of that because he barks as soon as I'm gone. Lucky his bark is not nearly as loud and obnoxious as Shiner's. Shiner used to jump up and bark in the face of any stranger that tried to speak to me. Jacks are something else. David King, from Greenfields Puppies in Leola, Arthur's breeder, has a brother-in-law as a neighbor with Jack Russels. David also has adorable Basset Hounds.

  Arthur and Frankie had their first birthday cream pie last night after midnight, we all did. It was sweet. I tried to catch Arthur's whipped cream mustache, but like most, he avoids the puparazzi.
