Frankie's First Halloween

  Nothing like being woken from a nightmare by a cat Halloween morning. It is a beautiful day. Frankie got a treat bag full of magical Halloween mice, he thinks they're very nice. He's been trained to stay off the counters and tables within a couple of days. He's very smart. We just treated the birds, and I'm about to put my costume on to go treat Annie and Jay with pumpkin muffins and seeds. We will be going to the pet cemetery later because I found a pumpkin rock for Shiner's grave. We're stopping by Klinger's too. I really like that place. Happy Halloween! 🎃

 

Shannen's Gifts

   Free HBO and MAX this week, looks like a load of commie 💩 there. Watching The Watchers, it's alright. Shannen O'Lantern's seeds with salt and butter, (out of oil), took twice as long to bake but taste twice as good. Frankie loves them. He also loves guinea wings. Although he could come and go from the fairy cottage to the barn he does not try to run away. He actually gets nervous that I'm going to toss him out. Sir Frankie Crisp is eating good in the neighborhood. He loves to play with toilet paper and paper towel rolls. My black Betta, Lennox, is doing well too. He's so black you can't see his eyes, beautiful. I used half of Shannen's sweet meat to make a dozen homemade pumpkin muffins. They're good. I still have a pot in the fridge to bake a cake with later. I've been captive in the kitchen long enough. I've got a costume for tomorrow that I've not been able to wear, so I'll see you then. Shannen O'Lantern

  Shannen O'Lantern is one of two big white pumpkins that grew outside the front door as their mama, last year's pumpkin, was too heavy for me to move. Shannen smells good. The witch, Tillie, came to me from Gettysburg College. I will be roasting her seeds, but Shannen is very meaty, so I might make some muffins too. Have a Happy Halloween!
